Planet Fitness
No response despite complaints &still taking debit

At the yearly anniversary my account was debited with higher than authorised amounts. I complained, and it was sorted For 1 month then they charged more again. Email complaints, branch complaints in person, hand delivered letters and nothing gets a response. Nor even on their Face Book page.
but they keep taking debits every 2 days!
Th contract was breeched by Planet Fitness and I need to be refunded all December fees and bank cost incurred since then, but get no reply.
