I just want my contact terminated. ASAP

I had regrets shortly after joining the gym. The place was so filthy, it stinks and there are no air conditioners. After months of not going there I decided to go and while taking a shower my phone was from my bag, the staff seemed not interested to help and I was told there's nothing they could do. I desperately want out of the contract but can't afford the 30% that I have to pay to get my contact terminated..
