Access denied to club due to gym's useless admin

I had a contract with a "blacktag", which enables one to bring a guest in to train with you. My gym membership fees are all paid up one hundred percent. I requested cancellation of the "blacktag" in October 2013 (full filling the required months notice for cancellation). The "blacktag" has yet to be cancelled. I am constantly denied entry to my club and other branches because of this issue. There is no note on the system, no one has done anything about it. I have spoken to admin clerks, the administration manager at the Fourways branch, promises are always made and never ever kept. Head office is impossible to contact. Phone either rings endlessly, or once you're lucky enough to get answered by the switchboard, they put you through to another endless loop of ringing but no answer. Why is it, that admin is always PERFECT, when the gym wants money from you? They always know exactly what is happening and they know the minute an amount is outstanding, but when it comes to THEIR errors and utter inefficiency, they are blissfully unaware and USELESS. This always wastes my valuable time when trying to fight to get into my gym on a daily basis. FRUSTRATING FRUSTRATING FRUSTRATING.
