Spoke to nawaal for my mums membership as we called several times and was only told they would call us back.
Only signed for a trial as u keep changing ur staff and inefficient in effective services from sales to management.

Its inappropriate to deceive clients as only those who taste knows.
Nawaal had confirmed a refund and nothing yet from 2013.
Despite having spoken to you has not changed anything.

not sure if u still working at Virgin as the salesman that signed us up for a month trial. Had left upon calling him despite him leaving u continued to debit my account without my consent for renewal.
