I bought the iso whey tri matrix protein 3 kg value pack. When I opened the seal I saw that it was clumpy and the powder did not dissolve in the milk or water. I have tried 3 servings and all three were clumpy and not dissolving. I reported it to biogen via email, which they responded that I should send them the batch number, which I did. But its been over two weeks, I have send three emails so far and contacted them via social media through facebook and twitter. with no response. There also seems to be no contact number which I can phone. I am getting rather impatient as I need my whey protein and refuse to buy a new one. I think it is terrible customer service.
