I purchased USN's Whey Protein and the product was nog up to standard. Taste's awe-full and there is something wrong with that batch. I haven't received any feedback from them. Then in the meanwhile I purchased another bottle of USN's Muscle Fuel STS. This is the Strawberry flavour. When mixed with water the shake doesn't even turn pink in colour and also don't want to mix properly. The shake makes lumps that doesn't dissolve and tastes and is clearly rotten. I have been on this shakes for a couple of months and obviously know how it mix and tastes and clearly this bottle is not up to standard. I once again emailed USN - together with the previous complaint and I also included the batch numbers and details of the products to the email and received NO feedback at all. I mean the 2 products costs about R900 and I CANT use it and have to throw it away and R900 down the drain! This is unacceptable. It is a lot of money for products I cant use!
