No exchange, contradictory reasons

On 29/10/213 I purchased SSN Mass Stack, it incl 3 products in a tub: Mass Addiction (protein powder), N.O Crea-pump, Creatine Monohydrate.

After using the creatine prods I started feeling sick and developed a rash on my right arm. However the protein was fine.
So on 10/10/10 I went back to the store to ask that they exchange the prod for just protein. My request was denied.
The manager said:
1. We can't exchange the product because it has been more that 7 days since you've purchased.
2. We cant be held liable for an individuals reaction to the product. Therefore we can't exchange.
3. If it was within 7 days, we would've exchanged it.

These statements completely contradict eachother. This prod was expensive and I can't use it. Pls assist.
