Shocking disgraceful service

This is the worst service I have ever received its past frustrating when you have been dealing with this problem for more then six months 3 managers as not one manger seems to last in this company (not a surprise) as they are a joke. I bought a 2 year contract upfront paid and done and then received 4 months free on top of my 2 year contract. Will they started debiting my acc when they were not meant to as I have free months and told the manager I will no longer want to be with this gym once my free months were over telephonically and by email. She asked me to come in and see her that she can apologise but I was not interested in remaining one of there customers. Let's just start by saying they debited my account with out my permission (illegal) to my surprise they still debiting my account with out my permission which I have to reverse every month endless emails phone calls trying to cancel a contract I have never agreed to. I'm now on the 3rd manager let me state in 6 months 3 managers. Having lawyers calling me to tell me I'm in arrears!! Arrears for what I should not owe them a cent no agreed contract. Worst service I have ever experienced they are... Help anyone???
