Virgin Active Boulders management is really taking us for granted. The toilets have been out of order, today is the 5th day. All four urinary toilets are not working and they have put a sign saying, the plumber has been informed. Does it really take 5 days to unblock a toilet system? This time of the year the club is so full and how do the expect to cope with that? we are paying customers and this is totally unacceptable.

The freezer on the weight section has not been working as well for more than 10 days now. there is a notice there written that " Apologies, this will be fixed on the 21 of January 2014, today its the 24th and still this has not been fixed" I personally have addressed my concern to the management. all the do is apologize and say it will be fixed tomorrow. Who is responsible for this club, clearly this manager is not doing his job. without us the club would not be operational. I am one off the many members who are frustrated with such service.
Not even just this only, if a machine breaks in the club, its takes at least 5 day for the machine to be fixed . who ever is managing this club, as member we are not pleased with such service.
