I want my refund back from damelin

I was suppose to have started my classes on the februadry trasffering from damelin correspondece, then got a call from mike saying classes start on the 27july, when i got to Damelin to start attending i was told by ntuthuko ngcobo the sales manager that the classes are not full he will but he will most deffinately call to update me about the classes progress, he didnt call when i called back i requested for a refund cause i cant wait for damelin to have student before i can study, i told him on the 13 August that i want my refund back since i paid in full he said i have to send him an email. I sent him an email and he has been quite ever since.cAN I PLEASE GET ASSSITANCE IN GETTING MY REFUND BACK.if there are no students then i should be refunded.
