Cancelling of Contract

I will be writing another letter to planet fitness regards their bad service. I send an email 2 days ago, another 1 yesterday also made a phone call today for ANYONE to respond, did I get any response NOOOO, I think it's just such pathetic service, I was at my Dr and fortunately I am not able to continue my contract with planet fitness any more and will cancel immediately, I dis send everything proof of Orthopaedic surgeon letter etc through, no response but they can get on your case immediately of you owe them money. I don't know if they don't want to help, if they are incapable of their jobs to help I don't know. As to my call this morning the lady had the audacity to ask to phone back later as the manager is busy, WHAT?? He still did not phone me back, so the only RESPONSE I will get out of them is to write to Hello Peter, unfortunately!! I need an immediate response as to my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect without any charges whatsoever, TODAY
