INCORRECT MONEY TAKE OUT TWICE ALREADY

My self and my husband are members of virgin active lenasia and we decided to freeze our accounts for the duration of winter, we then requested our accounts to be froze from sept to november BUT they took out full payments and froze our accounts for september, my husband and i knew that they took full fees for septmeber we then went to vigin active lenaisa which they then chased us away saying out accounts are frozen i then contacted tracey and jaqui they refunded us the full amounts. October the 25th they then debited R414.00 again instead of R95X2 which i have just checked on my husbands bank statement, i REQUEST THAT THIS MONEY BE REFUNDED SOON AS POSSIBLE as virgin active has no right ot take out money thats not theirs and still block our account. we are highly frustrated becasue unfotunalty we signed a contract and had to freeze our accounts forR95 but instead they take out R414.00 this is unacceptable i request contact as soon as possilbe
