DEDUCTING FROM A CANCELLED ACCOUNT

I HAVE CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN ACTIVE IN OCTOBER 2013 AND HAVE RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAVE DEDUCTED MONEY IN NOVEMBER FOR A CONTRACT THAT HAS BEEN CANCELLED . I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO LEASHA KLAARTJIES INFORMING HER OF THIS HOWEVER HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLY, I HAVE CALLED INTO THE CALL CENTRE AND WAS PROMISED TO BE CONTACTED THE NEXT DAY BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY CONTACT AND IT IS NOW THREE WEEKS LATER.I HAVE CALLED INTO THE CALL CENTRE TODAY AND I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR 6MINUTES AND STILL DID NOT RECIEVE ANY ASSISTANCE. I WAS ADVISED BY THE CONSULTANT THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME BACK TODAY.I WANT A CALL BACK AND MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY.
