Nobody answers call center and branch wont help!

I can not get through the call center i have held for over 45 minutes per call attempt all i need is to transfer from the buzz fourways to the rivonia branch and nobody can help[ me in the branches and nobody answers the fone at the call center this is is just ridiculous and pathetic!!! now i cant use the facility i pay for based on planet fitness's ineffieciency! will they pay me back for the days i havnt been able to use the gym based on their poor service because i cant access any gym!!!
