Debited twice and

I recently joined the gym and I already have a bad experience concerning the sales guy who assist me and now to top it all of I have been debited twice in one month. with two different amounts.

No one seems to be able to assist when you call in and this is totally unacceptable I really regards being a member of Planet fitness.

I want this sorted out and my refund made!!!
