Ad first impressions at virgin active bluff... the manager lady told me in december first week when i signed up she will give me a bag in 5 days time, as my bag was there but another customer had taken it of the seat were it was left. well guess what in 5 days time she went on leave "sneaky hey"? then when i asked another guy he said oh there is bags but its locked in a room here and only the manager has the key and shes on leave... well finaly when she finishes her leave and gets back she sees me and i ask again weres my stuff u promised .. she looks at me and says still no stock! and when it arrives il let you know... and more! just to get a sign up... and excuse me miss manager of the bluff virgin active your attitude is bad and you dont have to look at me now as if im at fault and like im annoying you! cause you are the one who made a promise and... and its not about a silly bag i can go and buy 10 tomorow if i wanted to..its the principle behind it all.. customers come first remember that without us you guys wouldnt be in business so dont promise what u cant deliver...
