Still Billing me!!

My membership has expired 2 months ago but they carry on billing me by debit order! I have written to them twice, phoned them, written to another email address which the lady on the phone gave me and to date I've had no response! Every month the debit orders goes off with another amount so that I cannot stop the payment at the bank! The email address on their web site do not respond! In actual fact, they are my money!!
