Over Charging and refusing to respond

Bought a 3 year membership with Planet Fitness, Signed up and agreed that it would end at the end of the 3 years, they have started charging me for monthly bills, do not get back to me with regards to anything, had 3 months worth of bills.

Worst of all is I have emigrated and thus I cannot complain face to face... that is all that seems to work. Have requested that they email me rather, they have my email address on the system
