No contract but account being debited 4years late

I had a planet fs contract, as requested by fourways I left a cancellation letter at their reception, which they initially lost and I dropped off another. This was 4 years ago! Since then I heard nothing, I don't even reside in that area and suddenly I get a call from an agency that I owe them 11000! How is that possible, my postal or contact have never changed in the past 4years? furthermore now they randomly debit my bank account with any amount they feel like 2-3 times a month. This is highway. But looking at all the comment it's seems like this is a regular stunt of PF. As I write this I am currently on hold for 15minutes trying to get ahold of someone at their call centre, lets hope my complaint will be a quicker way to solve this, be careful of this company, they don't cancel your contract, they leave the funds to add up on a month to month and don't make any attempt to contact the client and suddenly hand over the account after 4 years!
