Gym closed before advertised time

I received an email from the gym and also they have notices on their website that their gym will close at 7pm new years day. However when I get there I was told that they close at 6pm. This is unacceptable and unprofessional from the gym's side. Your stupid apology will not be enough and I hope that you guys get your act together and stick to the times you advertise. My whole routine is messed up due to this incident.
