TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DOUBLE CHARGING!!

It has been over 30 days since I was incorrectly charged (charged twice with two different amounts on November 29th, 2013) and almost the same amount of time since I initially contacted you in hopes that I would get some answers about my membership and payment issues (please refer to my email dated December 2nd, 2013).
On December 29th, I was incorrectly charged again. Once for R200 and immediately afterwards for R509.50 when all I am supposed to be paying is one charge of R345. As I have asked before, WHERE do these figures come from?
I am simply appalled at this company's inability to handle issues in a professional manner. Efficiency and transparency are qualities I believe I should not have to encourage a company this size to endeavour towards.
I have no intention of renewing my contract or even continuing my membership at Planet Fitness for the remainder of my existing contract. I also intend on strongly discouraging anyone I know to join Planet Fitness.
