False recruiting process

When I joined the club I was told if I activate my medical aid I will automatically be on a subsidy for my membership. After several debits without receiving those subsidies I visited the branch and learnt that my membership for subsidy has been terminated and was advised to contact my medical aid. My medical aid told me that there was other 4th party (Sanlam/Reality) to join first before I could find subsidy. It is very disappointing to find out that the recruiter (Virgin Active employee) did not tell me of the above mentioned 4th party and feel like this is a.

Now my query has been logged for 7 days and was told that it is under investigation without any reference number and/or single proper feedback.
