No sales consultants on site

I went to Virgin Active Roodepoort eager to find out more about joining the "active society". The lady at the informations desk told me that Neo the sales consultant is not in today (Saturday 21 Dec 2013), she said he (Neo) was out on a house call to get a contract signed and told me that he would be in all day tomorrow (Sunday 22 Dec 2013) from 8am till 5pm.
Thus I told her that I will be back tomorrow (Sunday 22 Dec 2013).
Got their on Sunday at 1pm and again no Neo (sales consultant).
At first, the same lady again told me that he (Neo the sales consultant) had just left on another house call and yet again there was no other sales consultant on site to help me.
After another Virgin Active employee phoned Neo, he (the employee) reported that Neo was actually not out on a house call, he was on his way home - I then addressed the informations desk lady on this matter and she confessed to knowing that Neo left work early and she had covered for him! (As saying he is out on a house call is an easy way of getting rid of a customer!)
Terrible service and I will never go there again!
