I am very disappointed by the overall service and false promises I have received from Virgin Active. I feel the sales consultants are willing to make any promises as long as they seal the deal, but as soon as the contract is signed the client no longer exists.

When the sales consultant, Naz signed me up she told me she would deliver my membership card, the bag they had promised me and a water bottle to me at my office the next day, I have never seen her since!!

It is very difficult to get hold of the consultant or sales manager, Innocent, when I leave messages they don't call me back, when I do get hold of them they tell me they will give me feedback, They Don't!

Not too worried bout the water bottle but I am very upset about the bag, it took 3 weeks of phoning and complaining now they finally delivered a bag but it is not the one I was promised!!

I am very upset with this, They tell me they are out of stock of the bag they promised me. One of my colleagues was signed up on the same day as me and he was given one immediately,
Why is my contract inferior. The nice bag that promised me was one of the reasons I signed up with Virgin.
