Planet fitness never again!

We canceled my wife's membership due to her having a server case of urticaria upon becoming pregnant and as they said in writing. But the first time the person that was supposed to sing was not in; needless to say a week later the letter was AWOL. Witch was received and lost 3 times and (conveniently there is no proof but the deductions never stop even if you stop it the date changes and the amount and sometimes twice a month) after numerous times of phoning and dealing with people that work there for less than a week! Deduction still went of my account and I'm told I'm in arrears because i stopped putting money just transferred enough for my debit orders and they would swipe it. In that case causing penalties at R40 - R80 a shot! At my bank my credit rating went so low i could not do any thing. Phoning head-office in its own was a mission due to hanging on for someone to help and this all in August 2009. At last they wanted a doctors letter which we supplied still nothing we send mails we can see they are being read. I think you all get the picture.. Now after a year and a half they started the whole thing from scratch and deduct every week! How rude! l
