Paying for service never rendered to me & family

I have been handed over to debt collectors and currently paying R500 per month to the total balance of plus minus R12000 for the service never rendered to me. Cancellation letter was handed over to Errol after i did not get the training of how to use the facilities as agreed when signing the contract. Dis agreement started with the double deduction and they claim it was for their Equipment which was never discussed with me from on set. This payment of R500 is a financial impact to me as i did not use their facility and the contract was not terminated after the submission of cancellation according to them the letter was suppose to be sent to their head office which Errol never mention that to me. I am expecting all my money to be paid back by Planet Fitness excluding the registration fee which happen before cancellation i hope my query will be resolved as soon as possible. I thank you in advance for giving the platform to the consumers of raising their concerns and unfair treatment. Joined 07 September 2010 ; cancelled 06 December 2010 .
