2007, I joined the Planet Fitness and I signed one year contract but for personal reasons I decided to cancel after 2 to 3 months and I went there they told me they will do it.
After that I didn't received anything from them no phone call no invoices, nothing to pay for the cancellation fee. ( I didn't sign as well for the cancellation)
So after 6 years the Saya company is contacting me saying that I need to pay this contract because it was one year contract even if I want to cancel they wouldn't do the cancellation.
My question is: I wouldn't mind do the payment but why after all this year? They never contact me no phone calls, nothing, no invoices absolutely nothing.
Should I pay them, they propose me to pay 75% of the amount.
What are my rights?
What is the contract law says?
Ps: the contract was signed in the middle of the year and it expires in 2008.
