Bad Attitude

My son started attending creche in 2011at the age of 6 mnths as I'm a working mom. I have had issues with numerous staff about the state of my sons nappy rash but they seem to not care. Every weekend we've managed to sort it out with tons of different creams but guaranteed on a Monday afternoon the rash has returned even now while potty training? We supply sufficient nappies, bum creams and are open to any other aids to assist them. My son regularly appears with dark bruises on his forehead and I was told he is just clumsy by his teacher?? They refuse to a "Parent / Teacher talk book" which most places use - why? I've been contacted twice, put on speaker phone by the principle, who speaks to you as if you're the bad mother who can't raise YOUR OWN CHILD in a tone used for children, then calls my husband as she can't get what she wants out of me. She is rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic. I requested she apologise for the way she addresses me, to which she said "I will not appologise" - this is very unprofessional. My child is my investment and should be theirs too as I pay over R3500.00 pm for them to not neglect my child's well being. I am disappointed in the attitude we receive.
