Double debit on gym fees

Signed my contract with Joy in August, who told me there was a woman's day special and if I paid R6000 (forgot the exact figure) l receive a black tag and it will cover me for the year with ABSOLUTELY NO debit orders off my account. Banking details were required for month to month payments once the contract expire AFTER a year. My account was debited an amount of R373 29/11/2013 I sent a query through and a week later NO response. I haven't reversed the debit order because I need to know why it's been processed and ensure it doesn't happen again. I was only expecting to pay a certain amount which was done upfront, I don't see why I should be getting hidden charges/ fees. When enquiring to join the gym you get a call same day, when trying to enquire about your account it takes over a week to get any form of feedback. Shocking service!
