Confiscation and donation of locker equipment

I recently visited "Virgin Active N1 City" to enquire about getting back into shape for the summer season. i was greeted by a "SALES" guy by the name of Craig. I was at hesitant to sign up on the day due to financial obligations, so Craig sweeted the deal by promising to give me a gym bag. Like most "SALES" people, they are all about promises but fail to deliver on those promises, as i have not received my bag till this day. To make matters worse i was not given an assessment guide nor a rules and regulations briefing after i signed up, as a result they have cut the lock were my gym equipment and work clothes were in and donated it without me knowing. I am going to close my membership at "VIRGIN ACTIVE N1 CITY" soon.
