Poor sevice from the so called "upper class" clu

I am a member of the Melrose Arch club. In August, the club underwent major renovation and I was not communicated to despite having advised the club on numerous occasions of my new cell number. We than had to use other clubs with no compensation. I raised my concerns with the club manager who advised that they will compensate me. To date, they have religiously debited my account with no compensation. Simply unacceptable with this kind of service where I am paying a premium for SERVICE. I am sure Richard Branson will not put up with this!!!
