Pathetic service

I have been shunted around by planet fitness and frankly have had enough. No one at this gym knows what is going on, something as simple as a gym transfer has taken them three days, and still no results.
Not even the manager knows what procedures should be followed.

On top of that there contract is completely contradictory, in the rules and regulations it states your increase takes place on the "annual anniversary date of signature" and below your banking details it states otherwise.
They are basically scoring a higher monthly rate for a whole extra month, and I am assuming its from a few people.
This is officially the worst gym ever, if you like bad service, join Moreleta planet fitness, they seriously strive to ruin your hopes and expectations for any kind of service.

Oh and before I forget, I have bee at this gym for 2 years now, and i am still waiting for my "FREE SESSION" with a personal trainer. Maybe your managers should stop going outside for smoke breaks and maybe put equally as much effort into upholding any form of service they have.
