Unfair termination of contract

My husband went to the gym on the 6/11, on his arrival at approx 3:00pm, together with my 3 kids, he gave the lady at reception their cards, she took the cards while attending to other people. In the interim, the turn styles allowed for my 2 sons to enter the gym. the lady thereafter asked my husband where the kids where and he stated that they went through already. She in turn stated that she didnt see them and insisted they come back. My husband responded by saying she didnt see them because she was busy talking to he other customers. She insisted she wasnt ready to attend to his, yet he gave her his cards and she took them. They both got upset with one another, and my husband grabbed his cards out of her hand. She in turn said he hit her. Which was a load of. He went to seethe manager and said he will investigate. He sent my husband an email to say his contract has been terminated for breach thereof. i the interim i joined the gym on the 1/11. i contacted multiply to cancel my contract effective immediately. This same lady has treated other members in the same manner and is getting away with it. Now my husband and kids loose the opportunity of keeping healthy.
