I purchased a groupon voucher from Groupon, for a set of 6 loveletter cakes over a month ago. on Monday the 11 i called the establishment to order cakes for the 14th February for my husband. i spoke to a lady called Genevieve who tole me to send an email with the message id like to be on the cakes. i never got any feedback, i wednesday which is 48 hours later she sent me an email to say my message was too long unfortunately i wasnt at work and i had only supplied my work email however she had my cellphone number. in the email. thursday morning on valentine's around 9am i respoanded to the email and tried to call her but her phone was on voicemail. i then sent my husband to collect the cakes, thinking they might be ready since they were meant for valentines's even if they didnt have a message. my husbang struggled to find the palce as it is an unmarked residential home. we only had the street name to go on. when my husband tried to call her aroung 1pm, she yelled at my husband. finally he got to the house to find staff that did not know anythi8ng about the orders that were there and didnt even have a list of orders to check and tell if the cakes were ready or not and could not help.
