Not the right attitude for a manage

Dear Rolani

Herewith the ref no form discovery where I advised them not to activate my wive's membership with planet fitness 2988215084.Please advise how can PF just activate a membership if discovery was notified.is there a lack of communciation or is it just the norm to take a person's money.
Please note that I am not happy that your consultants do not have to confirm the contract verbally because it's in writing (your words). I was also told by the dicovery that PF usually phone them to get the ref no, why did you not do this? I will now know to warn all my friends about this.
Please rectify and refund my wife's account before the end of the week.
