Missionary Not Able to Cancel Memebership

To whom it may concern,
I quit my job in the states and came to SA in January to help a church here build up their campus ministry for a year. I joined Virgin active in April. In October, I walked to the gym and attempted to cancel my membership. I was charged a cancellation fee under conditions I was not informed of and would not have agreed to when signing up. But, how ever unfair I thought it was, I agreed to pay. After 2 HOURS at the reception desk trying to cancel my membership and dealing with countless difficulties, they finally tell me that I have to go draw cash and pay them the large sum of money in cash for the cancellation. So, reluctantly, I did. I leave their, ever so frustrated, and walk home thinking that was the last of it. Well, I come to find out in November that my membership IS NOT CANCELLED. I get charged my monthly fee again in November! So, I walk back up there to figure out why, thats when I found out they didn't ever cancel my membership. So, after dealing with them for a little while longer, they say they will refund me my monthly fee. After the refund deadline they game me, it's STILL NOT DONE! I've been there 3 times for this. Still nothings happened.
