Dineo's bad attitude

I'm really p*&%#d off with Dineo's attitude. Me and my fiance went to the Groenkloof branch, because Hatfield is normally packed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We weren't sure how this all works and Dineo wasn't all good at explaining and did so with a stinking attitude. Only on realising my fiance's a doctor she started speaking with respect, now calling me mam and my fiance Sir.

This needs to stop, because we all pay the same amount there, and would like to be treated with respect like everyone else at all times.
