Members with STICKY fingers

I am a member at Virgin active for almost 2 years now and i have not renewed my contract due to my unhappiness with the gym, I have laid numerous complaints but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. There are members that are eating food in the changing rooms! (Slap chips and rolls and russians) I have seen this on more than 4 occasions. There are some male members that dont care about anybody but themselves, yhey use the sauna facilty NAKED, when i call a employee of the gym and show him this he shruggs his shoulders and smiles at me! The members have no respects for the following member that will be using the equipment, they dont use sweat towels and some of them train in sandals! The employee's dont do anything about it, they dont reprimand them and make them wiser, i mean how difficult is it to read... What put the cherry on the cake for me was my towel being, as my gym card was in there as well as my BRAND NEW wrist bands which I paid R200.00 for, from next to my locker!!! I will give this gym a bad review every single time i am asked by people, The Virgin Active in Boulders is SHOCKING to say the least.
