NO response for 5 days and counting!

Another Debit order! I have phoned, left messages with management! Even with the Financial manager and his staff and admin manager, i have emailed Leeanne Govender and the Supervisor at SAYA!!! NO RESPONSE!!! This is absolute nonsense! I have no idea what is going on but i WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for any amounts in arrears! This has got to be one of the biggest i have ever witnessed! I can not believe this at all! A bunch of rip off consultants and their management too who makes promises and ADMIT that THEY WERE IN THE WRONG but now i am accountable for their actions? TELL ME ANOTHER JOKE! I WANT JUSTICE IN THIS! How on earth can this be legal or correct procedures??? This is certainly not the way things should be run and leaving messages with anyone clearly doesn't help! Saturday i went in to the Planet Fitness branch to speak to Leeanne face to face and to get my break down or any information seeing as no one is calling me back, you think as a manager she would be there? No she wasn't! I spoke to the ladies at front desk told them the issue and with shocked faces they took my details to say they promise to get back to me and again I'm wait
