Disappointing Service

I am concerned about the service at Planet Fitness in Bedfordview. Since signing up membership in May, I have not been issued my tag as their system shows that there is an amount outstanding on my contract. The consultant who signed me up says there is no outstanding amount. On 14 June I spoke to a lady in admin and as well as my consultant and advised her that I was not happy with their service and am considering cancelling membership. The admin lady said she was taking my case up with her manager and I should expect to get feedback the same day which never happened did. Spoke to my consultant yesterday who said someone in admin had been told to pass a credit but it had not yet been done. Today, I spoke to the manager who said he would investigate but still has not come back to me. Surely it is not too much to ask for to be kept updated on your case. If they could follow up on us to sign the contract, why is it hard to make sure our queries are resolved.

My husband and I are not happy and expected better. Can someone assist us in cancelling our membership because I always have to initiate conversation with the gym to get an update which is unfair since we are paying clients?
