Not refunding custome

I received a call from Extreme Health & Fitness - stating they have a wonderful deal and I need to come and listen

On my arrival - I was seen by Deon. When asking the question - There is a big possibility that I might be transferred and then need to move - what then if I did sign up for a contract in the meantime

I was assured by Deon - that it is NO problem and that I could just cxd my contract with a small cancellation fee.

Unfortunately I believed him and signed up

I contacted them beginning Dec 2012 stating that I need to cancel due to me being transferred and moving

I was asked to send an e-mail - and they will refund me within 20 working days.

It is the 28th of Jan 2013 and still I was not yet refunded and now suddenly the small cancellation feed is nearly a R1000

No wonder people do not want to trust people anymore - and when I asked to speak to the owner - no no sorry - that is not aloud!!!
