Gym closed for 8 months now due to SMALL fire

We were informed at of a small fire at the gym at the end of January and the gym would have been closed for a few weeks. 8 Months later the gym has not re-opened yet. I joined this specific branch because its closest and convenient. At the beginning of August they informed us that renovations are underway, but the gym is still closed. We paid upfront for a 3 year contract, but we've missed out on 8 months of gym and we still have sessions outstanding with a personal trainer. They're not really keeping us updated on whats going on either and we've heard rumours of the gym being bankrupt. This is unacceptable!
