Clients left in the dark - Cobble walk branch

During January we received an sms to say that there was a fire in the men's bathrooms and that the gym will be closed for a day. It has not opened since!!

I have been so disappointed by the lack of communication from Planet Fitness on this matter having to constantly call them and ask for updates. Even then, it seems that on one knows what is going on. About 6 weeks ago I received an sms to inform us that they are working on fixing the problem at the premises. This was the first communication from their side since January.

Although I can go to Aurora club this is way out of my daily schedule. I have also signed up last year on a special to take friend with to gym. Which I totally couldn't use as it is even more out of the way for them.

Still the gym is closed!!?? I just tried to phone the headoffice about three times and the phones just keeps ringing.

This is seriously bad client service. And no one really seems to care to keep us updated.
