All I want is a settlement figure!

I have been trying for the past few weeks to get a settlement figure to settle and close my wife's gym contract. We left all her details at the reception desk at the Witbank Gym, but we're still waiting for someone to call us back. I sent an online request from your website last week, but it seems no one is bothered to reply. The contract ends on the 4th of July 2014, we want to cancel it now. Please get someone to prepare her a quote so that we can end her contract asap.
