I took out a contract at the club and after Manuel was all to eager to help, after the contract has been signed the service went out the door! It went so far that a telephonic conversation took a real bad turn. Manuel`s Supervisor had to step in, also full of empty promises and you would think that for someone that works in the service industry he would know how to deal with a customer complaint?
He came up for Manuel who provided us with horrible service and my deposit was promised back in two weeks time. Suffice to say, until today I have received nothing! I don't bother emailing them, you do not get a reply!!
