Lack of a gym basically!

Planet Fitness Cobble Walk burned down in late January. it is almost 3 months later and the Cobble Walk staff working in other gyms have yet to be told what is happening to their club, let alone the customers. I have tried on numerous occasions to find out ANY info with regard to the opening of Cobble Walk. I have been told that no repair operations has even started as the various insurance companies are at loggerheads as to who must pay for the damages..HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE??? WHERE IS THE URGENCY FROM PLANET FITNESS IN ADDRESSING THIS MATTER SPEEDILY.
I enjoy gym tremendously but I am struggling to get to gym time wise, and the 2 closest gym are triple the distance compared to Cobble Walk..I am on the verge of cancelling my contract and joining a gym closer home!
