Body Lab Gym
Body Lab is trying to scame me

I meat Body Lab agents on the Germiston mall, in the 13th of September 2013. They told me about their promotion of free gym for a month and if I love the service/product they will access me to join the gym, but the had to give me am access card (access form) so I could be able to access the gym. I gave them my detail (Full name, ID Number, My Signature and etc.). When they asked me for my bank details, I asked if they will withdraw money from my bank account and they both said No! they wont, I'll have to join the agree first sign a contract and do finger prints then they will withdraw money. I agreed and I signed the papers. After a few weeks i received a SMS saying the are going to start withdrawing money from my account the October. I call "RICCO" he said I must come to the gym. When I arrived they didn't allow me to see him, but they told me I must pay 30% of my 36 month contract that I didn't know about and I didn't even go to the gym even once cause I didn't have time to go to the gym with regards to my new employment schedule.
