I am still waiting for a response from Tracey Lee.

Its been almost two weeks since our conversation about the capacity levels at the Greenstone gym's studios.
Nobody seems to know what the capacity levels are. It is an important safety requirement.

Greenstone Virgin Active did anticipated an increase in volumes, however they choose not to do anything about it.

Still highly disappointed. I have been robbed of my money.
I have not been back to the gym since the incident.
