Lying and taking advantage of students

Consultant at the gym, to me and misrepresented a contract to induce me to sign. He told me he's offering me a student package deal so i accepted the deal. only to realise later that the deal i got was a standard 3 year contract deal. i appealed this to the gym, a week after signing, and they agreed it was valid to cancel the contract. and so i filled in the cancellation forms. However this contract was never cancelled by the gym. they continued to draw money from my account. and now they're avoiding my calls. and refuse to administrate the cancellation of my contract. It's been a year and still my membership hasn't been cancelled. i have Zero visits to the gym and yet they still want money from me.
