An incident occurred on Friday the 13 September where basically 3 members were intimidated, patronised, victimised, pushed (2woman)... but mainly embarrased to a point where we can not even gym! I would write the whole incident but id prefer tp be contacted so that this may be resolved accordingly via HEAD OFFICE as the manager of this branch has done absolutely nothing to solve this issue other than making things harder tp actually deal with! Myself and two other people were involved but yhe manager is dealing with only one of us? This professional?? I am sorely upset as I have always loved virgin and have been a member for a while one of ushas been there for 4 years... and this is how a paying client gets treated! I am honestly so disappointed in virgin active have no words for how this situation has been handled!
